Coach Jennifer McVicker is currently a Health Teacher, Varsity Women’s Volleyball Coach and Varsity Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Butler High School in Matthews, NC. She has been a teacher & coach in CMS for the past 15 years. Coach McVicker has worked with Coach Lowery for the past 11 years with HOOPS Camps and 3 years as his Assistant Varsity Coach at Harding University High School . She also has worked Antawn Jamison’s All-Star Camp and Raymond Felton’s Basketball Camps.

Jennifer is no stranger to the game of Basketball. She was an All-State selection in the State of Pennsylvania for Basketball in 1987 and then continued her playing career at Slippery Rock University were she earned honorable mention Academic All-American, PSAC All-Conference, and Division II Woman Athlete of the Year Award (PSAC) in 1991. She also, played Tennis at The Rock.

Coach McVicker started her coaching career at Union HS in New Castle, Pa in 1990 then continued to Harding University High School as the Assistant Women’s Coach in 1991. She was later promoted as the Women’s Head Coach at HUHS in 1993. After 7 years of coaching girls, she tried her knowledge and experience with Men’s Basketball under Coach Lowery.
